John Salmanowitz has extensive experience in business and corporate law, with particular focus in mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, venture finance, private equity, technology and software licensing, and restructuring troubled corporations and other business entities.

Mr. Salmanowitz frequently represents non-US investors and entities in their US mergers and acquisitions and related activities. He regularly counsels management, boards of directors and entrepreneurs on a broad range of issues relating to their business activities and often serves as de facto general counsel for privately held clients.
